Poplar Grove Elevated Water Tank Inspection

This project consisted of the inspection of two elevated water tanks in the Poplar Grove UD water system. The inspection was performed by our NACE certified inspector. For the interior of the tank, the operator used an underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV), which is navigated through the tank’s interior by the inspector, recording video footage and taking photographs during the inspection. The exterior inspection is performed by the inspector, who manually climbed, inspected, and photographed the tank, evaluating the physical condition and appearance of the components of the tank, and identifying material damage to or deterioration or degradation of the tank.
