About Seth Rye
Owner & Senior Engineer
Seth founded Rye Engineering in 2007, drawing on years of experience as the Water Division Manager for Clarksville Gas & Water. A Licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, and Alabama, he is also a TDEC Licensed Water Distribution System Operator II. Seth oversees the strategic direction of the firm, leading project management, engineering design, client relations, and technical oversight with a commitment to integrity, quality, and long-term industry leadership.
