Owen serves as an Engineering Technician and GIS Specialist at Rye Engineering, PLC, where he supports utilities across Tennessee through GIS development, mapping, and asset management solutions. He has earned an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technologies from Nashville State Community College, providing a strong technical foundation for his work in GIS and utility support services. His technical knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering efficient solutions make him a valuable part of the Rye Engineering team.
