Meet the Team

Micah is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee and leads Rye Engineering’s design team, specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure. He began his career as a wastewater treatment plant operator for the Water Authority of Dickson County. This experience gives him a practical, operator-level understanding of the systems he now designs. Micah is actively involved in both project oversight and hands-on design work, bringing innovative solutions to a wide range of client challenges.
