Larry serves as the Business Developer at Rye Engineering, bringing decades of experience in the water and wastewater industry to the team. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Middle Tennessee State University and spent 10 years working for the State of Tennessee Division of Water Supply before continuing his career with the Tennessee Association of Utility Districts.

In his role at Rye Engineering, Larry works to build strong relationships with clients and communities while supporting the continued growth and development of the company. His extensive industry knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to customer service make him a valuable asset to Rye Engineering and the clients it serves.
