Lance Parker serves as a Construction Inspector for Rye Engineering, PLC, providing full-time inspection services to help ensure projects are constructed in accordance with contract documents, specifications, and industry standards. He works closely with contractors, utility owners, and project managers throughout construction, documenting progress, monitoring quality, and helping keep projects on schedule.
